The Four Phases of Sustainable Change

Sustainable organizational change rarely happens in a single project or workshop. It follows a rhythm: Discover, Design, Deliver, and Develop. At AFEX we use this four-phase approach to ensure that change is grounded in reality, co-created with stakeholders, implemented with support, and reinforced over time.

**Discover** is about deep diagnosis—interviews, data, and assessment so we understand the current state before proposing solutions. **Design** is where we prototype and validate approaches with key people. **Deliver** is implementation: training, change management, and hands-on support. **Develop** is about building lasting capability so your team can maintain and evolve the change without us.

Skipping or rushing any phase increases the risk of resistance, rollback, or wasted investment. When each phase is done well, change sticks.
